Note: Involving a third party in your dispute, like the ones included in this tool, is Step 4 of the dispute resolution process. You should complete Steps 1 to 3 before contacting a third party to help you resolve your dispute.
The parties identified in this tool will generally only provide assistance with disputes once you have tried to resolve the dispute yourself.
